Cole Hitchner is the dynamic force behind many of C&G’s creative ideas. Known for his vibrant energy and extroverted personality, Cole’s love for engaging conversations and fun projects makes him the life of the team. While he’s always up for a chat, Cole's main talent is clearing any blockers, holding a certification as a Scrum Master. Though it’s not his full-time role, his knack for organizing and problem-solving shines through in everything he does. Whether dreaming up new experiences or bringing people together, Cole is at the heart of C&G’s excitement.

Gavin Gochnour, a Texas native, brings a creative vision, unwavering positivity, and dynamic energy to C&G Country Club. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) by day, he prides himself on his professional ability to harvest tax losses—whether his friends asked for it or not. A passionate supporter of the Washington Commanders, an avid bowler with a personal best of 121, and a connoisseur of light beers, he’s always adding to the club’s lively atmosphere. Known for his unmistakable Fortnite dance moves and upbeat spirit, Gavin’s enthusiasm is as strong off the course as it is on it, making him a cornerstone of the C&G experience.

Eli Beisser is a man of mystery, precision, and unbeatable Nordstrom Rack deals. A proud homeowner and dedicated bargain hunter, he brings the same sharp eye for value to real estate as he does to discounted designer finds. On the golf course, however, things get a little less predictable—especially at Rocky River Golf Club, where he occasionally forgets how to play altogether. His initial demeanor might make you think he’s not your biggest fan, but give it time—once you crack the code, you’ll find a loyal friend and a key part of the C&G crew. Hang in there, it’s worth it!

Jared Grinde is the resident insurance expert of C&G Country Club—though some suspect he’s simply playing the long con on the friends he insures. One of his most proficient skills is networking, effortlessly making connections while keeping his true intentions just ambiguous enough. While his golf swing is still a work in progress, his skills on the Blackstone grill are second to none, and he takes immense pride in serving up top-tier meals. Whether he's fine-tuning policies, perfecting smash burgers, or expanding his ever-growing network, Jared brings dedication and a touch of mystery to everything he does. Just don’t ask too many questions about your coverage.
